Can We Be Added to Your Booking?
Each cruise line has its own rules and deadlines for assigning a travel advisor to an existing reservation. The sooner you reach out, the sooner we can review your booking and determine what options are available.
The reservation was booked directly with the cruise line—not through another travel agency.
The reservation is still within the supplier's deadline for adding a travel advisor.
The booking has not reached a status that prevents an advisor from being added.
The cruise line approves the assignment.
How The Transfer Works

We Review Your Reservation
We review the supplier's requirements and determine whether Mike and Amy Travel can be assigned as your travel advisor.
Step 3
Add Personal Planning Support
Once the assignment is approved, we become your travel advisor and help you with the planning details leading up to your vacation. That can include airfare, hotels, transfers, excursions, travel protection, important deadlines, pre- and post-travel plans, and preparing for departure.
Common Questions
Does adding Mike and Amy Travel to my booking cost extra?+
No. There is no fee to have Mike and Amy Travel assist with an eligible cruise reservation.
Will my existing reservation change?+
No. Nothing about the vacation you already booked will change. Your reservation remains in place; Mike and Amy Travel is simply added as your travel advisor so we can support you with the planning details moving forward.
What if I booked through another travel agency?+
If your cruise reservation is already assigned to another travel advisor or travel agency, it cannot be transferred to us. This service is for travelers who booked directly with the cruise line and would now like professional planning support.
